A Covered Affair requires a NONREFUNABLE retaining fee of 50% at beginning of agreement. Customer may cancel order at anytime prior to possession of equipment. However, A 100% cancellation charge will apply if items are cancelled within 48 hours of your event.
Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Equipment will only be reserved upon receipt of rental contract and a 50% retaining fee. Final payment is due 14 days prior to event.
Our professional crew will usually set up a day or two in advance. This will allow you time for decorating and last minute preparations. However it is the responsibility of the customer to have the site prepped for setup before our arrival. Pick up will follow the event within a day or two.
